VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. Example: a Gold-tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

6. Betting and Game Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless there is a specific technical fault or the event is cancelled. The official result issued by the relevant sports body takes precedence in determining the outcome of a bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All odds take effect from the time they are announced and are subject to change.
• In live betting, network delays may cause differences in bet outcomes.
• Bets on cancelled or void matches will be refunded.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.00.

6.3 Casino and Slots
